We have several search algorithms that list several dozen distressed and "handyman special" properties each day.  Our team reviews and compares each one to its respective local markets and identifies the few each week worth visiting.  On site we determine if there is enough upside to warrant placing an offer and for how much.  Once acquired we execute our plan. 

Our founder and President Jeff Seydel has held his real estate license with Sutton Group Realty for over 20 years.  He owned and operated several property and asset management companies in Canada and the US.  He also owns and operates a Home Hardware Building Centre from which we supply the building materials, contractors and staff to complete the projects. Construction and Design is his passion. We add value by adding todays desired features to older distressed homes and apartments.
